Availability is seasonally dependent per farmer. Great bay is the largest estuary in New England and home to centuries old oyster beds. In the section called Little Bay, there is a small but burgeoning Oyster aquaculture industry. Swell Oyster Company grows a limited amount of oysters in Little Bay and works closely with select farmers for fresh product.
